    Obodo is free, you simply pay a transaction fee when you make a sale. The transaction fee is 3.9% + 20p per sale.

  • Can I use my own logo?

    You can upload your own logo via the 'Shop' tab. Or create a new one using the logo builder tool.

  • How much can I customise the look of my shop?

    Obodo has a range of free website themes to choose from and you can change the colours, images and text to achieve a custom look and feel.

  • What distance does my local area count as deliverable?

    You can deliver to people in your local area within a 15 mile radius of your postcode.

  • What are my delivery options?

    You'll have the option to either choose 'Local Delivery' and set a price for delivery in your local area or choose from your preferred courier. You can also set up click and collect.

  • I've never had an online shop before, how much help will I get?

    Support is available in the form of help guides, emails with the Obodo customer support team and an online community of shop owners.
